Why events
I fundamentally believe that any event has the ability to change thoughts, opinions and behaviours. I’d go further and say that all events should be designed to achieve these outcomes. I love getting under the skin of the purpose of an event and helping clients to get the very most from their investment and hard work.
Best moment
Seeing a client team relaxed, smiling and enjoying their event, hopefully in the belief that they are in safe hands. More recently, the re-emergence of live events after the pandemic: the realisation that we’d made it through the worst and our profession would survive.
Personal passions
My home, my family, spending time outdoors and travelling (if someone else organises it). And if you ask me in 12 month’s time I might say open water swimming, might!
Director
Jackie is the co-founder and co-director of the company. With a background in advertising and 15 years working at a top five live events agency, it was only a matter of time before setting up her own business.
Why events
I have been in the business for over 30 years and I love it today as much as I did when I started. I love the planning and organisation. I love the different challenges we get and how the days are varied and unpredictable. Mostly I love the moment when we get on site and the event starts and you see the event come to life after months of planning every little detail.
Best moment
The variety a career in events can bring; from small high-profile events to managing a pop concert with the Gaddafi Foundation in Libya for 50,000 people.
Personal passions
I love exploring new places, going to the theatre and enjoying a glass of red wine after a long week. I am a massive foodie and really enjoy trying out new restaurants and tasting menus.
Associate Director
Georgie initially joined to support the shift to virtual events at the start of the pandemic but now focuses on the growth of the business and building a company with people, passion and purpose at it’s heart.
Why events
With a love for all things creative and a passion for planning, events just made sense to me. Nicknamed clipboard amongst family and friends, a career in events has enabled me to take my love of organised fun to the next level.
Best moment
For me, there is nothing better than that moment onsite, where the event you’ve been working on for months comes to life – that’s the magic of events. I also have a soft spot for the charity award ceremonies - you’ll often find me holding back tears as the event plays out.
Personal passions
My biggest passion is travelling and seeing more of the world – I love jetting off to discover somewhere new and if there is sun, sand and sea involved then I am at my happiest. My dog Freddie plays a big part in my life and helps me to keep a healthy work-life balance.
Head of Events
Jess has been with the company since the beginning, working her way up through various roles. She leads our fantastic team of Event Managers to ensure that all clients’ expectations are exceeded and to keep our events program ticking along throughout the year.
Why events
The world of events allows me to go mad with my love of spreadsheets, lists and serial planning attitude. Is a holiday really a holiday without a set itinerary and personalised individual documents for each person?! The events industry allows me to focus on the small details and that’s a world I want to live in.
Best moment
For me it’s that moment on site when everything is set up, the event is running smoothly and you can make that big exhale, knowing you’ve done your job well and you just need to wait until it’s time to pack up.
Personal passions
I love reading. I am never without a book in some shape or form. When I do pull my head out of my book, I might talk to my husband, play with our dogs, acknowledge the cats (they allow nothing more), go to the theatre or play games with friends.

Laura is our most enthusiastic event manager. Dedicated to her events, she goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Having worked both venue and agency side, she brings with her some great experience and a different perspective.

Exhibition Project Manager
Jane is our exhibition event manager, she manages all aspects of our exhibitions to best service our events and our clients.
Why events
As a detailed orientated person, I love the planning and meticulous organisation of an event. For me, there is nothing better than managing an exhibition with a range of organisations, exhibitors and staff. The bigger the crew size, the better!
Best moment
A huge conference and exhibition in Qatar, with a 400 crew team! That was definitely an experience I will never forget.
Personal passions
Holidays, golf, family, gardening. I must keep busy at work, otherwise I will find another room to redecorate in my house.

Head of Office Security
Freddie and Boycie take our office security very seriously with daily sniffs and inspections. When they aren’t on security patrols you can find them staring out the window, wagging their tails at anyone who walks by.
